The one-time $5,000 fee covers integration support, policy configuration, and your full sandbox-to-production setup. It is waived for design partners during the early access programme.
The $2,000/month subscription covers platform access, the policy engine, the control plane, dashboards, real-time reporting, and the full audit trail. It is billed every billing cycle regardless of usage.
Each call to the /authorize endpoint counts as one authorization decision, whether the outcome is approve or decline. Webhook deliveries, audit log queries, and policy reads are not charged.
No. Cards, instruments, and bindings are operational resources — they are not billing units. You are never charged for the number of instruments or bindings you configure.

Yes. Sandbox access is included — test requests against the full API do not count toward your authorization usage bill.
